Which is exactly what I did. And while I was doing so I was going crazy over the Olympics because Figure Skating is my favorite thing to watch...ever. But actually it's kind of a problem but hey I can care less. Anyway as the Olympic coverage ended, I went over yesterdays shows at Fashion Week and I'm pleased to say the least. But I probably have said that over a million times before, at least I'm not counting; that would be weird.
Alright like the drill below are the shows I loved, and some of my favorite fashion pieces. And like always photos are from style.com because I'm stuck in Baltimore while this beautiful event is happening :( Anyone who knows me well knows how much I love the Olympics. But I especially love the winter Olympics because of the figure skating. I'm always envious of what they can do on the ice, which I cannot. However, Day 2 of NYFW was just as amazing as well. Here are some of my top picks from various shows. At least most of what I saw. It's good to say that this fall I can still wear my rich jewel tones and grey shades without any fuss from anyone. Here are some of the shows and pieces I loved the most. And I feel really bad about it because I promised myself that I would post here everyday. But you see when I get stuck at home, I tend to not go anywhere or do anything besides read and watch television. So for the past 12 days I've been trying to think of things to blog about. And then I realized when going on tumblr that Fashion Weeks have started, but I'm stupid and didn't blog about them like I could have. It makes me sad. But hey, what can you do, I move on and start now! Let me first say that I love Fashion Week. It doesn't matter what city it's in, I love to look at the new styles that beautifully grace the runway. Haute Couture is one of my favorite things to look at because even though it's not too practical to wear, it's still so beautiful to look at, like art. So far there have been 16 shows, that I can account for at least. But I'll only review the ones that I loved the most. Because even though I usually can find at least one look in each collection that I like, then I would be here all day describing why I love it so, and that would just be boring. So below are the shows and looks that I loved from Fashion Week so far. * All photos were taken from style.com Christian DiorGiambattista ValliArmani Privé (I have no idea why that changed font)Elie SaabValentinoZuhair Murad |
